Heroes' Awakening Rewrite: Stage 3 Part 3
After a full sweep of the entire Saitama area, Cornelia and Darlton’s Gloucesters returned to the G-1 Base for a moment, waiting on the rest of the Knightmares to get back. A minute and a half later, they all returned, showing no signs of conflict with the rebels, upsetting Cornelia. Her frustration was building, she wasn’t used to such a challenge. “Dammit, this is getting us nowhere! Make the rounds again! And this time, if you see anything suspicious, shoot it!” Cornelia shouted her orders, and went off in her Gloucester, letting Darlton’s move out as well, with his squad. Meanwhile, inside the Dispatch Trailer far away from the mobile base, a Britannian scientist and his engineering assistant were looking at the fruits of their labor, a new model of the Sutherland that hasn’t been accepted by the military. The prototype looked physically the same as the usual Sutherland, but had an azure paint scheme rather than the normal purple. The unit was armed with two assault rifles with

At the Saitama ghetto, aboard Cornelia’s G-1 Mobile Base, Cornelia was seated at her throne, with her two top officers Gilbert G.P. Guilford and Andreas Darlton standing on either side of the room. While the other soldiers and officers in the main observing room worked, Cornelia had a plan in mind: lure out Zero with the same tactics that her late brother Clovis used, then trap him. She wanted to stop Zero’s rebellious antics. “This masked man, Zero, is a very flashy sort of intellectual. We’re going to see how well he takes the bait we’ve laid out for him.” Cornelia spoke up, reminding the others of what they’re doing. “I still can’t believe you let Jeremiah’s squad join with us, only to have them stand back and guard our base, rather than put them on the front lines.” Guilford was rather interested in Cornelia’s decision on the punished Pureblood faction. “Dear Guilford, you’re thinking a bit too inside the box, these days. Their public image took a hit. But their combat skills

Ashford Academy student council room, 11:22 a.m. It had been two days since the cat hunt that the entire campus took part in. Lelouch, Suzaku, Shirley and Milly were sitting at the table, looking over some documents. Lelouch and Suzaku, however, noticed that Alistair wasn’t present at the table. “Hey, Milly? Where’s Alistair, right now?” Lelouch asked out of curiosity, slightly concerned, as his friend had been inducted into the council just recently. “Oh, he was here. Cut our paperwork by half, then got called up by those hotshot Knightmare pilot wannabes. You know, the ones with the simulators in one of the basements?” Milly explained, being rather blunt about it. “Oh, those pricks. I hope he wipes the floor with them in those simulations.” Lelouch squinted in annoyance, having been pestered by them before. “I’ll take that as a bet, then.” Milly smirked, liking Lelouch’s response. “I’m betting that he wins against them, as well. Suzaku? What do you bet Alistair will

2007 a.t.b., Las Vegas hospital. Alistair, who was six years old at the time, was laying in a bed, slowly waking up yet unable to see, his eyes wrapped in bandages. Due to the emotional pain, mental pain, and the memories of physical pain echoing across his body and mind, he was rather disoriented, not panicking but confused. He could hear a woman’s voice next to him, possibly sitting in a chair near the bed. “Alistair? Can you hear me?” The woman asked, presumably a doctor, from the tone of her voice. “Where...am I?” Alistair was slightly panting, despite having rested in a comfortable bed. The exhaustion the boy was experiencing was both emotional and mental, rather than physical, if his slight discomfort with talking was to be considered. “Las Vegas. You’re in a hospital inside the city. You were...found in the desert.” The doctor explained to Alistair, who was a little shocked at the revelation. “Nevada...? I was taken from Oklahoma to Nevada? How...?” Alistair was visibly

After classes had finished at Ashford Academy, Alistair was notified to visit the headmaster to see about his place to stay on campus. After a swift talk with the headmaster, Alistair was told that due to a rather lucrative request, his room would be in the student government building, where the student council conducts its business. He walked into the lobby of the building and went up the stairs, entering his room where he found his suitcase that held some belongings for him to decorate his room with, and have other clothes to wear. After resting a moment and getting used to his new room, Alistair heard a knock on his door, opening it and finding Lelouch on the other side. “So...I sort of noticed that you were entering this building, and just now found out that this is where you’ll be staying. Feels kind of good, having a neighbor.” Lelouch gave a soft smile, slightly surprised at Alistair staying in the same building as him. “Oh, sweet! Glad to be your neighbor, Lelouch!” Alistair

The morning sun was shining upon Ashford Academy, the students doing some conversing before classes started. As Alistair walked onto the campus grounds, his customized uniform gained the attention of everyone outside, as did his smile. Alistair continued walking until he reached the headmaster’s office, knocking on the door and entering, seeing a man sitting in the seat of the headmaster’s desk, Ruben Ashford. “Ah, you must be the new student, Alistair Wake. I’ve been expecting you.” The headmaster was rather courteous to Alistair, as he entered. “That’s right. It’s certainly been a minute since I was ever in a school, especially one this big. You’re not upset with this customization of your school’s attire, I hope?” Alistair responded, being friendly but still urban, treating people as if they were normal people. “Well...” The headmaster looked Alistair up and down. “I can’t exactly complain. It looks too good on you.” “Thank you. I assume that my first class will start soon?”

On a hill in the Shinjuku ghetto, Alistair stood at the top to get a good look at the surroundings, as the sun was setting. He then noticed several makeshift graves at one part of the area below, presumably because the people that lived in Shinjuku didn’t have access to gravestones. He then heard a rather soft thud in the distance, seeing a young man in a blue light coat facing another man on the ground, presumably after a throw out of self-defense. As the man that was thrown got up, Alistair saw a group of Britannian thugs heading towards the group, a pink-haired girl and some students being among them. “Crap, that ain’t good. Getting sick of common crooks being assholes...!” Alistair grunted as he started running towards the scene, as quickly as he could. Meanwhile, as some Japanese men were about to leave, after having an encounter with Suzaku Kururugi, someone they saw as a traitor to the nation of Japan, fifteen Britannians in thuggish clothing and holding various weapons like

In the Shinjuku ghetto, the train that Alistair had gotten onto slowly made a stop on the tracks, nowhere near a station. The young man noticed the ruined buildings, seeming to be a different part of the area altogether. As Alistair was about to get off the train, he patted the conductor on the shoulder. “Thanks for the lift. Sorry about you not getting any passengers, lately. You deserve plenty of pay.” Alistair spoke with sympathy to the conductor. “Ah, it’s no problem. I’d prefer it if the natives of this country were more happy. But with all the martial law stuff going down, dropping on their defenseless heads, parts like this just become more and more common. Like Britannia’s sucking the life out of it.” The conductor said, looking at the desolate area of Shinjuku. “Man, Britannia caused all this? Greedy and haughty, all in one package. Can’t leave well enough alone for even a millisecond.” Alistair said, clearly not happy with Britannia’s methods and imperialistic

2017 a.t.b., 1:00 p.m., above the Sea of Japan. An aircraft carrying around 40 people began descending from the sky that it was gliding upon. One teenager with short brown hair aboard the plane noticed this and opened his icy blue eyes and realized that he was nearing his destination. This young man, Alistair Wake, wearing a black long-sleeved shirt, khaki cargo pants, black shoes and gloves on his hands, came all the way from America to attend school in Japan to further his current education. It was at that point that the flight attendant made the announcement. “We will be arriving in Area 11 shortly. Please keep your seatbelts on during our descent. I repeat...” The attendant followed the usual protocol of a flight reaching its destination, down to the usual tone of voice. Alistair was confused by the announcement. He had not heard of any place referred to as "Area 11". He got the attention of the passenger next to him and began asking him about it. “Hey, buddy?” He managed to

Inside the Damocles, 1:45 p.m. Lelouch and Alistair were still speaking with Hawking, as the battle neared its end.
Alistair: I know for a fact that you won’t give up without a fight, Hawking. You’d rather do your dirty work until the bitter end.
Hawking: Too true, old friend. Seems like you’ve wiped out the entire army, by now. And, without much interference from your ships. Quite the achievement!
Lelouch: So, this is it? The big showdown?
Hawking: The grand finale, Mr. Lamperouge. This can’t be a ballroom blitz, the battle’s too big. One last little challenge, to see if your badassery holds up.

Well, my Discord account got hacked. Which is my fault, entirely. If anyone else on here has me as a friend on Discord, my new account is NickRobertsneutral2 on there.
Looks like that Alex Ross account got deactivated. Guess it probably was a fake. Must've dodged a bullet, thanks to my job's scam awareness training. And I felt guilty about getting blocked by a fake account...
Out of curiosity, has anyone else gotten a chat opportunity with Alex Ross? If so, I wouldn't mind some assistance in getting to chat with him again. I'd like to hear more about what he has to say. Especially to apologize for doubting him. On the internet these days, hackers could pretend to be anybody, including famous people, you know?
